Full-Time • $55,000-$65,000/year
Lead our kitchen team in creating authentic coal-fired pizzas and Italian specialties. Manage food preparation, maintain quality standards, and train kitchen staff.
Requirements:
- 5+ years culinary experience
- Leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of Italian cuisine preferred
- Food safety certification required
Server
Part-Time/Full-Time • $15/hour + tips
Provide exceptional customer service in our dining room. Take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure guests have a memorable experience.
Requirements:
- Previous serving experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
- Must be 18+ for alcohol service
Kitchen Staff
Full-Time • $18-$22/hour
Work alongside our experienced chefs preparing fresh ingredients, making dough, and maintaining our coal-fired ovens. Great entry-level opportunity.
Requirements:
- No experience necessary - will train
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Physical ability to lift 50 lbs

Assistant Manager
Full-Time • $48,000-$52,000/year
Support daily operations, supervise staff, handle customer concerns, and assist with inventory management and scheduling.
Requirements:
- 2+ years restaurant management experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Problem-solving and multitasking abilities
Delivery Driver
Part-Time • $16/hour + tips + mileage
Deliver our delicious pizzas to customers throughout Denver. Provide friendly service and represent our brand in the community.

- Valid driver's license and insurance
